Job Description:

1. Experience in PC, Printer, Laptop troubleshooting
2. Good in , installation, configuration, OS troubleshooting ( Win7 apart from Win 2k, XP etc)
3. Experience in outlook OR lotus note, MS word, MS excel
4. Should have experience in application support
5. Knowledge on blackberry configuration
6. Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting
7. Exposure to media (tape) backups/restore
8. Exposure and understanding of ticketing tool
9. Understanding of ticketing process incident/service requests
10. Understanding of SLA and meeting targets
11. Understanding of Service desk process of logging tickets and allocation
12. Understanding of Asset/inventory record process, movements etc
13. Understanding to coordinate with vendors/principles
14. Understanding of client management, user response (email/verbal)
15. Knowledge of Patch Management, infosec/AV updates
