Date of Placement Process:

• 24th July 2012 (Tuesday) = PPT, Written Test, Group Discussion.
• 25th July 2012 (Wednesday) = Technical & HR interviews.

 Job Description:

1. Understand the client�s need and source the right candidate for all their IT & Non IT Requirements
2. Sourcing candidates from different Job Portals like Dice, Career Builder, Monster & the internal database using the right skills.
3. Screening candidates over the phone and verify if they have all the must haves and the desired skills required for the job
4. Negotiate the hourly rates/ salary with the right candidates
5. Coordinating with the client and the candidates in scheduling interviews and making offers

 Requirements:

1. Fresher�s with exceptional communication Skills
2. Someone who can understand Technology
3. Good with Boolean Operators
4. Good understanding of US Geography will be a big plus
5. Must be energetic and must have a positive attitude.
6. Strong process oriented and organizational skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Willing to work in Night Shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
