USA. The role requires the associates to analyze and call insurance to collect outstanding AR on behalf of

healthcare companies.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with team members
6. Ability to work under rigorous schedules and on own initiative and maintain team morale,
7. Should be ready to work in night shift.
8. The incumbent will get home pick up and drop facility.

Job Description:

1. Adhere To Service Level Agreements / Process Benchmark
2. To Co-Ordinate With The Team Members To Achieve Targets
3. To Adhere To The SOPs (Outline Of Objectives Dos And Donts)
4. To Perform Any Additional Duties As And When Required
5. To Follow the Norms required maintaining Quality Standards and cooperating with the QA Team during Audits.
6. To Attend Daily Team Briefings
7. Responsible For Attending/Making Calls As Per Project Requirement
8. Responsible For Effective Communication With The End Customer As Per Project Requirement
