1. Candidate need to graduate/post graduate with good communication skill sets.
2. Should be willing to work in time bound schedule and follow the process.
3. They need to be proficient in relevant technologies and need to bring fresh innovations to product development.
4. They need to work in virtual environment and be team players.
5. Preference given to candidates who wish to initiate their own start ups and want to convert their ideas to product/service
6. The trainee entrepreneur will need to be involved in entire software development life cycle from inception to deployment.
7. Seed funding assistance / equity will be provided to successful candidates.
8. The candidates need to be technically proficient in Open Source Technologies (LAMP, PHP, Joomla, Moodle, Code Ignitor, ZEND framework, Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Spring, Struts, Hadoop).
9. Candidates need to undergo an entrance test and entrepreneur and management training using class room/distance learning method.
