Job Description:
we have the infrastructure in place to put you on that path. You will join a new grad community of creative, inquisitive, strategic, smart minds. As an EA intern, you will have exposure to the leaders who drive our business – not via a passing introduction, but by spending a summer working alongside them. You will have the platform from which to explore this knows-no-bounds organization – and you will go beyond watching the work get done; to take ownership, develop critical skills and make a measurable impact. Want to be an EA intern in one of our global location? We certainly want to hear from you.
Company Profile :
In 1982, Electronic Arts was founded on ideas. We called software a new art form, and its creators were software artists. We believed that interactive was better than passive media, and that one day “software worthy of the minds who use it” would be more important than traditional media like films and television. “We see farther,” we proclaimed, with faith that Moore’s Law, the engine of Silicon Valley, would one day provide the power to put “real life in a box.” We asked, “can a computer make you cry?” and invited the new faithful to “join us.”
Almost thirty years have passed, and many of the dreams have come true. Videogames are now one of the most influential forms of media and have now surpassed traditional media like music and box office film in revenue. Game designers are renowned worldwide as creative leaders. Top universities have pioneered successful degrees in game development. In short, videogames, once considered a passing fad, are here to stay.
