2. MCA, B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (CS, EC, IT, EEE, AE, EI, IC-Circuit Branches Only)
3. 75% or above in MCA, B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (74.45 can be rounded off)
4. 70% or above  in X & XII (69.45 can be rounded off)
5. Outside Kerala Students are not Eligible
6. No Current arrears/ backlogs-Those who have cleared arrears are eligible
7. Candidates who confirm and do not report for the test will not get future services from SHREDS.

Job Selection process:

1. Aptitude Test
2. Technical Test  on C / JAVA.
3. Technical & HR Interviews.
4. There will be only written test on 17th, Interviews on 18th / 19th
