1. You have a Bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design/UX and/or have formal training in these technologies
2. You have a solid understanding of Photoshop, Flash and HTML. Additional knowledge of CSS and actionscripts etc would be a plus
3.  You have prior experience in creating website pages & marketing collateral for established brands with a significant online presence
4.  You are passionate about design and produce path breaking design ideas
5.  You are an Idea powerhouse.
6.  You love the Internet and have an opinion on various topics ranging from Net Neutrality to the rise of the '+1' (bonus points!)

9.  Identify themes and trends in the visual design space and recommend changes to the BigRock site to improve
