1) BA / B Sc / B Com / BHM / BCS / BCA / BBA / M Com / MA Graduates
2) Fresh graduates (2010,2011 batch only) with 55% plus marks throughout the academics OR

3) 12-36 months of experience in providing Voice / back office support

4) Preferably 1 - 4 Years of total work experience in Payroll (UK / US / Singapore / Canada / Australia / Netherlands / India) domain
5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, involves interacting over the phone
6) Good analytical skills.
7) Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
8) Willingness to work in night shifts
9) Flexible to stretch as per business requirements.
10) Excellent eye for detail, energetic & positive attitude
