4. Troubleshooting of network configurations.
5. Installation and troubleshooting of operating systems (Linux, Windows 7 and Windows XP)
6. Troubleshooting of Local and Network Printers.
7. Desktop and Laptop maintenance.
8. Solving user queries remotely (through Remote Desktop).
9. Troubleshooting of MS Office and Open Office.
10. Configure LAN, VLAN, & Network.
11. knowledge of IP Router configuration.
