Desired Candidate Profile

1. Freshers are welcome. (BA, BCom and BSc).
2. Candidates should have 0 to 2 years of experience in BPO industry.
3. Has to be a graduate- We do not accept Results awaited candidates.
4. BTech, MCA, BPharma and regular MBAs are not eligible.
5. Open to working in Night Shifts.
6. Should have good hand on MS Office.
7. Good keyboard skills with average typing speed of around 30 WPM.
8. Good Analytical and comprehension skills.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the accurate processing and completion of medical claims.
2. Process claims, that route out of automatic adjudication, within current turnaround standards.
3. Proficiency in product lines applicable to processing unit.
4. Ability to understand and apply plan concepts to include:Deductible, Coinsurance,Copay, Out-of-pocket, Maximums, inside limits and exclusions,State variations
5. Recognize issues related to variable deductible, coordination of benefits, carve-out and alternate benefits.
6. Adhere to quality improvement initiatives
7. Demonstrate increasing productivity to meet minimum requirements while maintaining quality standards
8. Special projects as required
