1. Only candidates securing 60% and above in the final year of graduation are eligible.
2. Designation/ Role: Team Member (Process Associate/ Sr. Process Associate.)
3. BA / BBA / B.SC / B.Com / M.Com / BHM / BCA / BBM/ B.Ed with 0-5 Years (fresher are eligible) of Experience with Good Communication , basic Mathematics & Analytical Skills
4. Candidates going to pass in 2012 can also apply
5. BE All Branches / MBA / M.Sc / MCA are not eligible

ONLY Mumbai and Pune CANDIDATES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE INTERVIEW

Skills Required:

1. Basic understanding of Market Research and business sense to understand context of results
2. Experience / Knowledge of Statistical modelling/analysis
3. Curiosity to interrogate results and find answers to business questions
4. Basic proficiency in results interpretation
5. Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST
6. Responsible attitude and good attention to detail
7. Should be good with use of Excel
8. Should be flexible working in shifts

Note : You will be assessed with a written test based on the below points.
1. Profit and loss.
2. Data Interpretation
3. Logical reasoning
4. Case Study.

Basic Requirements:

1. Should be flexible to relocate to Baroda
2. Should have completed 15 years of regular education
3. Shouldn't have more than 2 years gap in academics / career
4. Shouldn't have attended any TCS interview in last 6 months
5. Should be flexible for working in Shifts
6. BE/BTech/ MBA / MSc / MCA / M. in Ecandidates are not eligible.
7. Candidates attended the interview in the last 6 months cannot apply. Candidates failed in the test are not eligible for the interview.
