• Good technical documentation skills.

Job Description:

• Responsible for production support, coding, testing and meeting client SAGs and SLAs as per business requirements.
• Proactive support Identifying application upgrade paths, opportunities for improving design and code of existing applications. Improving maintenance and manageability of applications on Java platform
• Reactive support Troubleshooting production problems, providing technical assistance and support of mission critical applications on Java platform
• Basic designing, development and testing of software modules.
• Interaction with clients for software modules.
• Maintenance of Xchanging in-house code if required.
• Quickly become subject matter expert and develop an understanding of Java based portal applications
• Communicate with on-shore team of customers, product support and business analysts in UK and Germany.
• Documentation of project if required.
