Candidate Profile:
  1. Bachelors Degree / Diploma Eng. Those with a diploma in computers from a reputed training institute will be preferred
  2. Good interpersonal and chat related communication skills will be preferred.
  3. Good written Grammar (Conversation Flow and sentence construction)
  4. Reading, comprehension and responding skills based on the International Language Proficiency Rating System
  5. Strong customer service skills: reasoning and problem-solving skills
  6. Aptitude and ability to grasp
  7. Confident and should have a positive attitude
  8. Self motivated, proactive and uses initiative for process improvements
  9. Ability to accept direction and suggestion for personal development
Job Description:
  1. Provide Voice based troubleshooting support to customers over remote software and resolve Technical queries based on customer�s query related to any computer/peripherals/networking related issues.
  2. Responsible for handling customers� post registration technical queries, providing post-sale customer service.
  3. Competent in all process and technical and sales skills required at Agent level
  4. Support the floor for real time technical queries
  5. Communicate Quality standards and maintain customer satisfaction Index.
  6. Should come up with new troubleshooting techniques
  7. Should actively participate in improving customer satisfaction and work environment
  8. Maintain discipline on the floor
  9. Handle troubleshooting queries regarding computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware update customers on latest information on the product or service.
  10. Handling/Managing irate customers and directing them as per the refund/chargeback policy as and when requested.
  11. Participate in performance improvement task forces as needed and look at continuously raising the bar for Customer satisfaction.
  12. Demonstrated flexibility and contributions to creating a team environment
  13. Adherence to all company policy and procedures. Demonstrate a high degree of integrity in the performance of one�s responsibilities.
  14. Ensuring customer is advised appropriately, regulations and disclaimers are given as per the process guidelines.
