Skills/Experience and Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with Operations and Network Engineering to test and install network equipment and services
2. Provide support to managed services, including routers and switches. Work closely with Network Engineering to ensure managed services functionality meets or exceeds customer expectations for performance
3. Perform network trouble isolation and resolution as needed. Provide Tier 2 support to ITCS to ensure customer network performance. Work closely with vendors as needed to reach resolution of service affecting network troubles
4. Monitor network capacity utilization
5. Perform network maintenance as needed
6. Generate end user network performance reports as needed
7. Performs day-to-day application administration and maintenance of VERITAS Netbackup Datacenter and VERITAS Netbackup Professional products used for enterprise backup and recovery services.
