Candidate Profile & Job Description:

1. Working in a Project Office under the management of PMO Senior Analyst or PMO Manager.
2. Supporting programme or project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings.
3. Providing basic guidance on individual project proposals.
4. Some involvement in various aspects of supporting a programme by providing a cross programme view on risk, change, quality, finance or configuration management.
5. Tracking milestones, associated benefits, and key deliverable dates. Overseeing the Change Control process.
6. Tracking of risks, issues, dependencies and all other logs required to support the programme.
7. Resource management.
8. Managing paperwork/status reports between the various groups.
9. Managing programme PR and communication.
10. Responsible for the programme document library, SharePoint site(s) and Intranet sites.
