• Candidate must be a graduate with minimum 50 % preferably Dip in Engineering or Bsc IT
• Must be willing to travel to Raey Road
• Candidates who can join at the earliest would be prefered.
• Must have good communication & listening skills.
• Must have good track record from previous/ current employer.

Job Description:

• Logging of calls
• Assigning Calls to engineers
• Assigning Calls to Warranty / Service Provider for assets under AMC of another 3rd party service provider
• Meeting the pre-defined SLAs
• Updating Status of Calls
• Escalation of calls
• Maintain, Issue Spares / Standby equipments
• Collecting and Analyzing Periodic User Feedback
• Analyze and suggest ways to reduce the number of support calls and to improve performance
• Report Generation (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
