Job Description:

1. Handling Customer / Collections / Technical Issues (Voice & Non Voice)
2. Provide first-level / second-level Customer / Tech Support using available tools.
3. Candidate Would be interacting with US customers
4. Candidate should be Willing to work in night shifts
