The Operations HelpDesk team works primarily with Deloitte employees, They support all types of emails (15%) and calls (85%) concerning problems with regard to Facilities and issues regarding the keys migrations to various blocks and cities etc.

This involves either direct resolution of the problem or escalation to other referral resources like Level 2,( Facilities executives or Facilities Managers )Our customers are very computer literate, and accuracy of information is a high priority.
