Job Description:

We FAREPORTAL is in search of energetic, active, high performing fresher’s for the position of Travel Consultant

1. Will be working on GDS (Amadeus/Sabre)
2. Calling profile handling Inbound CS & Sales Calls from US customers.
3. Selling Air, Hotel, Car, Insurance and Vacation Packages to customers.
4. Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries / date change / cancellations.
5. First Call Resolution.
