Profile Description: Knowledge required

• Solid programming skills – JAVA, .NET. or Other programming languages
• Good Analytical skills
• Advanced communication skills Good experience in developing solutions using third party using API
• Solid experience in JAVA or related programming languages and scripting

Technical

• JAVA, .NET, or related programming language, Scripting
• Prior internship or project training from good organization
• Oracle or SQL Database knowledge

Analytical

• Ability to learn new technologies
• Be persistent and analytical about solving bugs and incidents
• Be able to work in a dynamic environment with evolving end-user demands. Be proactive in signalling false expectations and issues.
• Good English oral communication skills.

Job Description:

• Basic support of applications
• Advanced user and access management
• Learn various technologies and applications to become backup for Application engineers
• Help end-users setup test data and solution
• Diagnose bugs and incidents. Trace unexpected results back to errors in the solution. Fix bugs and solve incidents.
• Answer end-user questions
• Assist in doing deployments of new functionality, merging the work of multiple developers. Ensure a reliable and efficient deployment process.
• Do daily monitoring on all environments. Ensure all web applications run reliably and efficiently.
