• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• 0 to 2.5 years of programming experience
• Exposure to C# , VB.Net , .NET 2.0 AND ASP .NET 2.0+, XML Web services, AJAX.
• Exposure to designing frameworks using GOF design patterns.
• Exposure to database design skills using Oracle, SQL Server .
• Good communication skills, experience with working in virtual teams.
• Desirable to have knowledge on ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, REST.
• Able to join immediately.
• Consistent approach in troubleshooting and good problem solving skills
• Customer focused
• Skills in communication across technical and business boundaries
• Good understanding of at least one Project Management methodology
• The correct attitude to software development. Someone that understands:

1. That maintenance is a natural part of the development process.
2. The importance of QA & testing in the development process.
3. The importance of producing quality documentation.
4. That technical support is a collaborative team based process.
