Desired Candidate Profile & Job Description:

• Organizing committee meeting. Preparation of Agenda, Preparation of minutes and follow up actions
• Preparation of committee report in power point presentation format for placing them before the council meeting*.
• Preparation and providing support in finalization of the background materials for various workshops/ seminars organized by the committee, namely, finalizing the faculty persons , handling of queries , registration of participants , collection of bills and sending the same to accounts section for realization of amount etc.*
• Sending invitation letters to the faculties as finalized by the committee and handling subsequent follow up on the matter.*
• Finding out the details of various resource persons for the workshops/ certificate course and preparation of background materials.
• Any other work as may be assigned from time to time.*
• Should be willing to work on 3rd party payroll
