Job Description:

• Handle customer support requests via phone, email & onsite.
• Answer specific requests for technical assistance in a timely & proficient manner.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the analytical skills.
• Follow-up on unresolved customer problems & submit to Core Team/QA Team.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Collecting the new virus samples/suspicious files found at customer end & submit them to Malware Research Team.
• Giving demonstrations to customers along with the marketing person
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
