2. 2010, 2011 and 2012 freshers eligible.
3. Must not have any backlog at the time of IBM process on campus.
4. Provide Technical solutions to the external customers
5. Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
6. Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring,Ethernet, LAN/WAN
7. Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP, configuration options and Troubleshooting
8. Browser Support - Internet Explorer
9. Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
10. User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc.
11. Skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.
