Desired Candidate Profile & Job Description:

We are looking the candidate for Business development profile for IT services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding the assigned business territory through market research
• Plan and implement all activities related to Business Development and Marketing efforts to achieve the desired target.
• - Developing relationships with key decision-makers (CEO, CTO, CXO etc) in target organizations for business development.
• To act as a bridge between Clients and the Software Professionals.
• To be involved in the entire sales process right from identifying the prospect and target market to closing the deal and maintaining relationship with the client.
• Responsible for expanding the Client base in International market for the Software Development Services
• To introduce new/innovative Sales & Marketing ideas to meet & exceed the targets.
• Good communication (written as well as verbal).

Added Advantage

Technical person (preferred B Tech.)
6-12 months experience (IT Services or International BPO background).
Preferred from Gurgaon Location (so that s/he can avail transport facility).
Willing to work in odd hours.
