Job Description:

1. Identifying potential candidates using various sources like Technical Groups, Social Networking Sites, and referrals, Job portal, online searches, internal database etc.
2. Should Interact & develop network to get the best resource for any given requirement.
3. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
4. Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
5. Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such information of candidates
6. Establish relationships with candidates and understand the candidates needs and interests
7. Interview prospective candidates for requirements and negotiate compensation with the candidates
8. Constant interaction with the Business Development Team in understanding the current and future needs of the Client
9. Meet or exceed monthly and annual agreed upon goals.
10. Be proficient in all of the Hire Networks offerings.
