1. Receive & Record calls from Vendors with regard to Payment status.
2. Investigate vendor queries and respond to clients.
3. Daily processing of calls received within assigned turnaround time.
4. Awareness of the client�s business, operational activities, and processes.
5. Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
6. Share knowledge and experience with others.
7. Develops and maintains documentation.
8. Participate in harmonization of processes between client and third parties.
9. Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
10. Accountable for the completion of various trackers.
11. Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets
