Candidate Profile:

1. BTech/BE or equivalent degree in a computer science discipline from a top tier institute
2. Experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (or equivalent)
3. Strong understanding of Web Development, Data structures, Algorithms & Object Oriented Programming
4. Strong programming ability using Java, MySQL, Javascript, HTML & XML
5. Familiarity with Python, AJAX & Agile Software Development process
6. Strong Prototyping ability
7. Comfortable on both Unix and Windows environment
8. A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity

Job Description:

1. Work on all the aspects of Software Development from Design, Coding, Testing with particular focus on prototyping, web development and database management
2. Programming with a strong focus on Usability, Customer Experience and Modular Architecture for Scalability
3. Drive discussions about new product feature development and be a key member in definition of future product roadmap
4. Maintain strong relationships with Customers and manage any form of technical customer support
5. Identify opportunities for adoption of new technologies, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of Product Development by effectively communicating results to Founders
