1. 2+ years experience on FMS Support (Windows Environment)
2. Desktop Support, MS Office, MS Outlook sound knowledge, good customer orientation.
3. In depth knowledge on Win XP/2007 , MS Outlook 2003/2007
4. Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting
5. Able to configure DATA card and VPN configuration
6. Experience in troubleshooting Virus related Issues(Norton/McAfee)
7. Knowledge on Wireless Network & Video Conference setup procedure will be added advantage
8. Hands on Experience in Desktop OS Installation & troubleshooting, Hardware troubleshooting
9. Good communication skill, positive attitude, good team player.
