1. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
2. Knowledge of working through an entire project cycle - implementation, review, testing and documentation.
3. Expertise in PHP5, JavaScript, Advanced HTML.
4. Good knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Analysis (OOA & OOD).
5. Knowledge in MVC based architectures, PHP5 based frameworks.
6. Intermediate knowledge of MySQL 5.x.
7. Intermediate knowledge of Ajax, XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.
8. Knowledge with JS library like Jquery, YUI and CSS.
9. Knowledge of Agile, SCRUM Development Methodologies.
10. Must have used versioning tools SVN, CVS.
