Job Description:

1. Understand the scope of operations and process stream from Ordering to Shipment tracking and delivery of product to end customer
2. As an End user, processing the Order Forms sent by CT & following up with SAP team for confirming the successful handling of the orders in MLS/SAP
3. Shipment Execution ( preparation of draft invoice on the basis of the Shipment Request(SR) created by the CT to sending out shipping / handover instructions to the LSP & Hubs)
4. Follow up with LSP for draft AWB, checking the same & requesting for original Airway bill or amendment to the draft if required
5. Doing sales recognition in MLS by send & dispatch of shipment & invoice in MLS
6. Presentation of final documents to the Bank for LC shipment and revenue realization
7. Dispatch of export documents to Customer & archiving of the SR files as per the procedures laid out.
