Business Development Engineer : 

1. Meeting annual sales target for assigned territory.
2. Promoting a wide range of Industrial Abrasives directly to customers (retail sales, engineering customers) as well as through dealer network. (project site requirements)
3. Appointment of dealers in the region and imparting training to the dealer staff on products and services
4. Conduct product trials at the dealer’s and customers ends

Application Engineer:

1. The Application Engineer would be responsible for
2. Expertise Application & Product engineering
3. Customer relationship
4. Identifying new development projects
5. Business conversion
6. Technical engagement for both internal & external customers
