3. Ability to manage a Graphic Design program and create all content.
4. Strong design skills and graphic sensibilities with attention to detail.
5. Basic knowledge of HTML (strong background a plus).
6. Basic knowledge of CSS (strong background a plus).
7. Strong, collaborative, self-motivated work ethic.
8. Knowledge and Experience of Action Script 3.0 (AS 3.0) a plus (Optional).
