4. Regular day shift.
5. During training period candidate should be flexible for working in shifts, max � 2 months No Graveyard Shift.
6. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/B.Com/BCA or any equivalent degree.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
9. Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
10. Very comfortable with navigating and using the Internet.
11. Well versed with Excel and Word.
12. Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.

Job Description:

1. Timely deliver different project's data at the highest possible quality standard.
2. Quickly learn new project requirements.
3. Help design processes for QA of entered data.
4. Communicate and participate on project forums.
5. Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.
6. Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve numbers.
