Job Description:
- Initially on a contract for 6 months.
- Should be ready to work in night shifts.
- Looking for freshers from B.Com, B.A, B.Sc.
- Maintain customer data quality within the Siebel CRM system.
- Analyze customer records within the database and merge duplicate records to agreed monthly targets.
- Qualify, validate and amend organization, address and contact information on an ongoing basis.
- Run reports to identify duplicate customer records.
- Run merge programs to merge the customer records.
- Research external data sources to validate customer information.
- Complete setup of customer records with all required fields.
- Co-ordinate with country sales staff about customer data change requests or data issues.
- Work with Sales operations team to assist data preparation and set up of territories.
