Candidate Profile & Job Description:
- 1-3 Yrs experience as Level-1 Desktop Support on windows platform.
- Experience in Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, Printer, Antivirus installation & troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Networking/LAN & Windows Server 2003.
- Experience in Desktop Support, experience on domain , lotus notes
- Handle desktop/laptop calls and basic network printer trouble shooting
- Knowledge in MS office 2010
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2003
- Expert in Win XP troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of HPSM should be preferable
- Candidate should be ready to Work at client Location.
