Job Description:
- Understand the client�s need and source the right candidate for all their IT & Non IT Requirements
- Sourcing candidates from different Job Portals like Dice, Career Builder, Monster & the internal database using the right skills.
- Screening candidates over the phone and verify if they have all the must haves and the desired skills required for the job
- Negotiate the hourly rates/ salary with the right candidates
- Coordinating with the client and the candidates in scheduling interviews and making offers
Requirements:
- Fresher�s with exceptional communication Skills
- Someone who can understand Technology
- Good with Boolean Operators
- Good understanding of US Geography will be a big plus
- Must be energetic and must have a positive attitude.
- Strong process oriented and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
