Perform Tolerance and Failure mode analysis on optical assemblies. Evaluate and test the developed optical systems according to specifications. The candidate also needs to provide Optical Engineering support for the production team.

Service Bond:

Selected candidates have to execute a bond to serve minimum period of Three Years or to pay a sum of Rs 3,00,000/- Three Lakhs to the Company.

 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Eligible shortlisted candidates having valid GATE 2012 score and degree in required disciplines will be called for Interview.  An intimation through email will be sent to eligible candidates for date & time of Interview.  Interview will be conducted at PDIL Bhawan, Sector-1, Noida & they will be reimbursed to and fro single sleeper class rail/bus fare on submission of copy of the tickets. Before joining, the selected candidates will be required to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate and to sign the Agreement Form &  execute a Surety Bond to serve the company for a period of 03 years after successful completion of 01 year training.

TRAINING, REMUNERATION & ABSORPTION

The selected candidates shall be required to undergo training for one year. During training they will be paid a consolidated amount (approx.) of Rs. 27000/- p.m. (at Noida, Chennai & Vizag) and Rs.26700/- p.m.(at Baroda) as stipend.

On successful completion of one year of training they will be absorbed as Engineer in the pay   scale of Rs.16400-40500/- with basic pay of Rs. 16400/- p.m. & total monthly emoluments  will be approx. Rs.40,570/- p.m.(Noida) and Rs. 38,680/-p.m.(Baroda) provided accommodation is not provided by Baroda Office considering DA as per IDA pattern perks and HRA.  Other facilities such as Leave Encashment, Contributory PF, Group Insurance, Medical reimbursement for Indoor Treatment, Gratuity etc. as per Company Rules are available.
