Junior Manager (Electrical/Operations/IT) Trainee

No. of posts    : 11 Scale of  Pay  : Rs. 16400-3%-40500 Qualification   : Full time BTech (Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics&Communication) with 1st class Age                 :  Shall not exceed 28 years as on 6th August 2012 Number of posts indicated may vary depending on requirement. The incumbent shall be required to work on shift basis. Selected candidate will be offered a consolidated pay of Rs.25,000/- per month during the training period. Training period is normally for one year. On successful completion of training, he/she will be absorbed as Junior Manager on probation in the scale of pay Rs.16400-3%-40500 and the remuneration package will include Basic Pay, Industrial DA,  HRA, Allowances, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement etc. CTC as per present pay package would be approximately Rs.50,000/- per month.  Training/Probation period is liable to be extended at the discretion of the management.
