Candidate Profile & Job Description:

Number of posts indicated may vary depending on requirement. The incumbent shall be required to work on shift basis. Selected candidate will be offered a consolidated pay of Rs.25,000/- per month during the training period. Training period is normally for one year. On successful completion of training, he/she will be absorbed as Junior Manager on probation in the scale of pay Rs.16400-3%-40500 and the remuneration package will include Basic Pay, Industrial DA, HRA, Allowances, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement etc. CTC as per present pay package would be approximately Rs.50,000/- per month. Training/Probation period is liable to be extended at the discretion of the management.
