Profile Description: The eligibility criterion for students is as follows:

a) Not more than one year gap between 10th / 12th and Diploma entry � which means the students should have completed their 10th Class / 12th in 2008 or 2009.

b) Not less than 60% in aggregate and each semester.

c) No active / cleared backlogs of any paper.

The selection process will be as follows:

a) We can make a campus presentation, if required

b) The eligible students (as per criteria mentioned above) will undertake a General Aptitude written test

c) The students clearing our written tests will be interviewed by a panel

d) Selected students will be offered a Letter of Intent, followed by a formal offer and appointment letter.

We do not have any service bond.

While the location of posting of the selected students can be anywhere in India in our manufacturing facilities / offices, they will be largely based out of Bengaluru, Dharwad and Chennai.
