Candidate Profile:

ConQsys is looking for few right candidates for .Net Software Trainee for a minimum 2 year and 6 months contract. In first 6months company commits for very good training exposure on various Microsoft Technologies -- Asp.Net MVC/WCF/WPF/Silverlight and may be on Sharepoint 2010 (Depending on current knowledge in Asp.Net/C#) etc.

Candidate must understand that he will not be benefited with luxuries rather he would need to work in very tough environment.

Initially company will provide accommodation to trainee and do not commit to pay any stipend for atleast next 3 months. There are few terms which candidate must understand before applying-

(Note-Only male candidates can apply)

1. Candidate may need to relocate to Delhi,Rohini, due the timings , approx. 2pm to 2am.


2. Candidate must need to deposit his all Certificates for the contract period which includes, 10th,12th, Graduation Mark sheets and Degree, Post-Graduates (if yes)- Degree and Mark sheet.


3. Candidate must have to sign our legal agreement to obtain the employment in the company.


4. U.P. Board or Other Board student should have minimum 60% marks in Math and English.


5. C.B.S.E Board student should have minimum 70% marks in Math and 60% Marks in English.


6. Candidate must pass our online Aptitude Test.

Note: We are not charging any fee for training; it’s a completely free training and exposure to work with us on latest technologies.

Stipend /Salary

1. Initially for next 3 months company will not pay any stipend to candidate.


2. After 3months stipend can be Rs.5k to Rs.8k for next 3months.


3. On after each 6months performance will be evaluated and appraisal will be given.


4. Approx. after 1.5 year you will be drawing minimum Rs.20k salary.


5. Approx. after 2.0 year you will be drawing minimum Rs.25k salary.


6. Approx. after 2.5 year you will be drawing minimum Rs.30k salary.
