Desired Candidate Profile and Job Description:

Qualification: Three years full time Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Mechatronics / MTT / Tool & Die Making

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Age should be between 19 to 23 years
2. Have secured 60% & above in SSLC and aggregate of 60% & above in Diploma
3. Candidate should not have faliled more than 3 subjects ('Fail' count should not exceed more than three from 1st sem to 6th sem including attempts.)
4. Should have completed 4 years course in case of Tool & Die Making
5. Should be from 2012 passed out batch.

Other Requirements :

1. Candidates from Karnataka are preferred. Its mandatory for the canddate to be able to speak and understand Kannada
2. Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
3. Candidate is expected to maintain Discipline and comply to the norms in Toyota
4. 1 Year Apprenticeship as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961

Note : Candidates who have alreay attended written test / personal interview with TKM are not eligible.
