Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any type) or a related field
2. In-depth knowledge of Unix, Windows, JVM, web and application servers
3. Expert knowledge of J2EE (EJB, Servlets, JSP, XML, JDBC, JMS)
4. Strong knowledge of Design Patterns
5. Strong knowledge of database systems, and proficiency in SQL
6. Good knowledge of Struts/JSF is a plus
7. Good knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping/Hibernate is a plus
8. Experience with JBoss/Seam would be a bonus
9. Experience with web-based financial application is a plus
