Job Description:

1. Troubleshooting, Resolving all Technical issues related to our software and the range of Products and Services it provisions.
2. Interacting with clients via. Live chat, Web-based systems, On line forums and Telephone to resolve their problems and gather feedback.
3. Testing & Analysis of all products & services.
4. Identifying any bugs/issues in the system and assisting in their resolution.
5. Recording, tracking and reporting problem activity.
6. Building Strategies to improve efficiency, profitability and quality of service.
7. Reviewing existing Product/Feature documentation; publish documentation in internal Knowledge bases.
