1. Understand business concepts, and translate into detailed functional test requirements
2. Product development and implementation
3. Create specifications for the products based on guidance from domain experts
4. Identify client requirements, and define the business solution based on the company products
5. Negotiate solution options with customers
6. Custom application development
7. Liaise with customers to gather and define business requirements
8. Suggest process improvements
9. Interact with technical staff to provide clarifications
10. Excellent experience in pre-sales activities like System study, Analysis, Estimation, Proposal etc
